We are aware of the issues are patients have been experiencing with the NHS app and online services. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to assure you we are committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible.
To assist you in navigating and resolving these problems, we have attached a set of instructions that we hope will be helpful. These instructions provide step-by-step guidance on how to create a working NHS app account.
Patient access has been discontinued with our migration to our new clinical system and will not work. If you have previously linked your NHS app to the practice with linkage keys from patient access, this will also not work and you will need to follow the instructions attached.
Our new system does have a feature to create online service accounts, and we hope to have this up and running as soon as possible.
