Havant Signposting Service

The new signposting service is now available in Bosmere Medical Practice in Havant and is open to anyone living in and around Havant. The service can put you in touch with the many local community services and charities that provide information and help to improve your health, well-being and to support people with long-term conditions.

Waterside Medical Practice Community Health Club

This group was initially for patients with Chronic Wounds, but we have now extended it to all patients. We have guest speakers offering Health education and advice. Waterside Medical Practice is committed to offering ongoing support to our patients outside of the Consulting room. We wish our patients to support one another by sharing their own journeys through their illness to support others just starting out.
